AYER, MA. (June 13, 2011) - R. The new collection is comprised of four products, each featuring hand-honed blades ranging from three to six inches in length and ergonomic, food-grade polypropylene plastic handles, providing both comfort and safety. Three of the four blades are available in both stainless steel and high carbon steel; the fourth is available exclusively in stainless steel. The array of choices of blade size and material is specifically designed to meet a wide range of needs in both industrial and consumer environments.
