1.  If you need to supplement your staff, we’re happy to do most of the heavy lifting – set up and administer your accounts, publish your news and conversations in multiple UGC sites (user generated content), provide reporting and suggest changes for the next efforts.

2.  There are also easy ways that we can train your staff and give them a productive way to participate.   We generally encourage employees contribute to the blog, and other 'friends of the company' to guest blog, or contribute to other conversations on the web.  We can show you how to manage the process.
